OWNER

Marianna Pezzoli

Born and raised in Milan, one of the most vibrant cities in Europe, I have lived in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in Kelowna, B.C, since 2015. Just recently moved to Toronto. I began my acculturation to Canada by earning a diploma in business from the renowned business school at Okanagan College.

In Italy, I completed a degree in political science with a specialization in International Relations. I managed the family construction business, and then got involved in politics, becoming mayor of a small village in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian Alps, where I worked on an ambitious project of local economic and social development. In another position as a council member for the Department of Culture in Peschiera Borromeo, I was responsible for school, music and art.

I have three children, of whom I am very proud. My husband and I decided to move our family to Canada so our children could benefit from a similar experience that I had in my teens as an international exchange student. The desire and the passion to maintain my love for Italy and the Italian language and culture, and to share it with others, led me to start this business.
